Centre shoots down TN High Court's pre-marital test recommendation

The Centre said that such tests could be carried out only if the people wanted to go ahead with it, otherwise it would violate their privacy and human rights, said The Times of India. Even though Tamil Nadu is yet to come to a decision on the issue, the Centre has called the idea inappropriate, said the report. “Sexual behavior different from individual to individual, besides partner to partner.
