Why did this High Court judge congratulate a traffic cop?

But on some days one gets to hear pleasant anecdotes which can be safely repeated.A few days ago a judge of the Karnataka High Court B S Patil had gone to a mall in the city in his official car. Waiting for the judge to return, his driver parked the car in a no parking zone. A traffic policeman on duty asked the driver to move the vehicle away. When the man refused, the cop slapped cases relating to traffic offences on him. Even as this was going on, the judge returned.On learning of the matter, Justice Patil commended the official on duty saying he had done a good job and asked him to come visit him if he stopped by the High Court.
