Have you been up on stage when you suddenly forgot or misplaced the name of the guest? Highly embarrassing, isn’t it?Something similar happened to our Union Minister Ananth Kumar in a major faux pas moment when he got the name of our Prime Minister wrong, reported Suvarna News.Speaking at an event in Vidhana Soudha in Bengaluru on Saturday, the minister began his speech referring to Atal Bihari Vajpayee as the current Prime Minister instead of Narendra Modi. Our alert Chief Minister Siddaramiah (who is not so attentive in Assembly) intervened and pointed out the mistake to Ananth Kumar. In a futile bid to cover-up, the minister said, “I was a minister even during Vajpayee’s regime. And today, I am reminded of him.”
