The News Minute | March 23, 2015 | 4.00 pm ISTAlmost a year after a young cattle trader was shot dead by Anti-Naxal Force constable in coastal Karnataka, the magisterial inquiry into his death has been completed.Kabir (23) was shot dead by ANF personnel on April 19, 2014, when he and five others were returning from Shringeri after purchasing cattle. They were stopped by the ANF at the Tanikodu forest check post in Udupi district and shots were fired.
