The News Minute | November 25, 2014 | 09:28 am IST A case has been registered against Sri Ram Sene leader Pramod Muthalik and others under Section 107 of the CrPC by the Bengaluru Police, reports The New Indian Express. The case has been filed against Muthalik following his continuous threats to the organisers of the Kiss of Love event. A notice has been issued to Muthalik under which he will need to submit a written note on why the police should not take action against him for his threats, adds the report. The New Indian Express quotes DCP (Central) Sandeep Patil as saying, “The case has been registered as Muthalik and others have been threatening the public of causing problems on Sunday (the day of the protest) if permission is accorded to them. We will not allow anyone to take law into their hands".
