Will Aishwarya Rai come on board Chiranjeevi’s next project?

With the shooting of Sye Raa wrapped up, Telugu megastar Chiranjeevi is gearing up to move to his next project, which will be directed by Koratala Siva. The groundwork for this project is on and we hear that search for the female lead is underway.

According to sources in the know, Chiru is keen on having the former Miss World, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as his heroine and the filmmakers have initiated talks with the actor. It needs to be seen if she will hop on board this biggie.

Some top names like Anushka, Nayanthara and Tammannah are also in the fray. There are reports that Koratala Siva is keen on roping in Kiara Advani after working with her in the Mahesh Babu starrer Bharat Ane Nenu. Let’s wait for an official announcement on this.

With Koratala Siva working on the script, fans should be excited as he will be teaming up with the mega star for the first time. We hear that the script is being drawn up keeping in mind the star’s image. The film will be bankrolled jointly by Ram Charan under his banner Konidela Production Company in association with Matinee Entertainment.

Chiru has wrapped up the shooting of his magnum opus Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy and this film has gone into the post-production mode. Sye Raa, which has Chiru in the title role, is being bankrolled by Ram Charan Teja under his home banner Konidela Production Company on a budget of Rs. 200 crore. It has a bevy of stars from different film industries including Amitabh Bachchan who will be seen making a guest appearance as Gosayi Venkanna. Apparently, he plays Uyyalalwada Narasimha’s mentor in the film. 

The others in the star cast are Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, Tamannaah, Anushka Shetty, Jagapathi Babu, Kiccha Sudeep, Pragya Jaiswal and Brahmaji. It is a trilingual that will be released in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. The technical crew of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy includes Amit Trivedi for music, editor Sreekar Prasad in charge of the editing with Randy Rathnavelu handling the camera.
