Lipstrike: Counter-Strike gamer Chloe uses lipstick to attack

Written by : TNM Staff

Playing with a mouse and keyboard is old school. Wondering what could be an alternative?

It’s a lipstick!

Players can use a lipstick as a controller. If you find it bizarre then check out gamer Chloe Desmoineaux’s Twitch channel, where you’ll spot her taking on opponents in Counter-Strike with a lipstick.

Chloe began streaming on March 23, she plans to stream her Lipstrike sessions until June 2016.

A tube of lipstick functions as a strike control – the surface acts as a touch screen which is linked to a computer with a Makey Makey set up.

When the lipstick touches her lips, the circuit is complete and her virtual weapon fires.

Chloe navigates across the map with the mouse (Left click to move around, Right click to aim and scroll to choose weapon).
