The Nayanthara-Nivin Pauly starrer Love Action Drama is getting ready to hit the marquee soon. In an interview to the Times of India, the star shared his experience working in the film. On getting to team up with actor Dhyan Sreenivasan, who is making his directorial debut with the film, Nivin said, “It’s great that a new director is coming up from the team, and there’s always that nostalgic element of being directed by the elder brother (Vineeth Sreenivasan) as well as the younger one. Dhyan knew what he had to do. His greatest strength is the humour in his writing. The film’s script is a hoot even when you read it. At times when he’s instructing you on how to go about the scene and certain reactions, you are reminded of Vineeth.”

The star added, “It was like touching base with your friends, and that’s something that I enjoy. Also, Aju (Varghese) and I have this chemistry that made it fun to work in the film. We didn’t need any intense preparation like the other films because this is our turf. Dhyan’s script too had a lot of humour that we could improvise on the spot.”

Besides directing the film, Dhyan has also penned the script for this flick. Love Action Drama has Sreenivasan, Urvasi, Aju Varghese, Dhanya Balakrishnan and director Antony Joseph, playing pivotal roles in it. 

Dhyan has roped in a strong technical team for the film. Shaan Rahman is the music composer for this flick while the lyrics have been penned by Dhyan’s brother Vineeth Sreenivasan. Jomon T John is cranking the camera and the editing is done by Vivek Harshan with art direction being taken care of by Ajay Mangadu. The film has been shot extensively in Chennai, Bengaluru and Kochi. Actor Aju Varghese is producing this film in association with Vishak Subramaniam under the banner of Funtastic Films.
