Fans of Dhanush, Selvaraghavan and Yuvan Shankar Raja are in a state of frenzy following the announcement that the trio have teamed up for a song.

On Thursday night, Dhanush tweeted that he had just recorded a trippy song with his brother Selvaraghavan and composer Yuvan for their upcoming film, “Nenjam Marappathillai”.

The last time the trio came together was for the hit number, “Enga Area”, in “Pudhupettai”. Now comes another collaboration, after a decade, and it’s got fans amped up in anticipation.

According to a source, Dhanush record the song in just two hours, leaving his brother and Yuvan in awe of his effortless singing ability. All the songs Dhanush has sung in his brother’s films so far have turned out to be chartbusters.

Selvaraghavan is busy with the post-production of "Nenjam Marappathillai", a horror-thriller, starring SJ Suryah, Regina Cassandra and Nandita Swetha in the lead. According to rumours, Dhanush was supposed to play a cameo in the film. However, these rumours were dismissed as baseless. The film, which is gearing up for a December release, is produced by Gautham Vasudev Menon.
