The News Minute | November 21, 2014 | 7:45 am ISTThe Andhra Pradesh Government may be ready to go with the Telangana Government’s schedule for the Intermediate examination after all following speculation of separate schedules for both the states.According to a report in The Times of India, HRD minister Ganta Srinivasa after a meeting with his Telangana counterpart, Jagdish Reddy on Thursday addressed the media on the issue. Srinivasa said that the AP government will adhere to the schedule announced by the Telangana government if needed, taking into consideration the future of all the students. The Telangana government last week, refused to accept the exam dates announced by the Board of Intermediate Education (BIE) on claims that it was not consulted and came out with its own schedule. As per the AP Reorganization Act, educational institutions remain common for the two states for the next decade. This issue of both the states conducting their exams on the same dates is likely to be discussed in the Telangana assembly session on Friday.
