External examiner allegedly molested girl students in Kerala school, case registered

The News Minute | March 22, 2015 | 9.45 pm ISTThe Kerala police on Friday registered a case against a male teacher who allegedly molested girl students inside an examination hall in Chemmannur, Thrissur district. Police say the two students had given a complaint against the teacher who had come for invigilation for the state board examination.“The incident took place on Tuesday.This particular teacher misbehaved with the girls many times during the exam. The other students reported that one of the girls who was allegedly molested left the examination hall crying, without even completing the exam,” Kunnamkulam Police Sub Inspector(SI) told The News Minute.The incident took place in the Chemmannur Appunny Memorial Higher secondary School during the mathematics board examination.The accused teacher, Renjith Anto, was an external examiner and he has been suspended following the incident.“He has been suspended from his school, we have registered the case and will soon arrest,” the SI said.TweetFollow @thenewsminute
