Chennithala slams Modi over Sonia barb, says his hands are ‘blood-stained’

Written by : TNM Staff

In a Facebook post on Tuesday, Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his allegations against Sonia Gandhi, and said that his hands bear ‘blood-stains’ from the Godhra riots, which cannot be washed off even with the water from the holy Ganga.

“Modi and Amit Shah who have a blood-stained political career have no right to criticize Sonia Gandhi, who was magnanimous enough to turn down the Prime Ministerial position offered to her, unlike Modi, who selfishly pulled down senior leaders to attain CM and PM’s position,” Chenithala wrote.

He criticized Modi further and said that he still behaves like an RSS pracharak, without realizing the significance of the position he holds. He also warned the Prime Minister that he would find himself ‘in the dustbin of history’, if he does not wake up to reality and act wisely.
