Mysuru Police arrest prime suspect in RSS leader’s murder

Mysuru City Police have arrested the prime suspect in the murder of an RSS leader in the city.

Deccan Herald reported that the police arrested Abid Pasha (34), late on Sunday night. Police claimed that he confessed to committing the murder along with his associates as Raju was opposed to the construction of a mosque.

Pasha is a resident of Bazar Road in Hunsur town, but was arrested from the Rajivnagar Cross area on Ring Road. He has been booked in cases against him in Dakshina Kannada.

Raju was murdered early on March 13 when he was having tea at a roadside stall after his morning walk.
