Telugu director Krish all set to tie the knot

Written by : TNM

National award-winning Telugu filmmaker Krish, who is currently busy helming actor Nandamuri Balakrishna’s highly anticipated 100th film Gauthamiputra Satakarni, is finally going to be a family man.

The 35-year old will enter wedlock this August with Ramya, a doctor from Hyderabad, and it’s said to be an arranged alliance. The couple had met each other a couple of months ago and they instantly hit it off. It was after years of pressure from his mother, who recently underwent cancer treatment, that Krish finally decided to settle down.

According to a source, Krish had promised his mother that he will get married soon after he wins a prestigious award. When he won the state award and a Filmfare for his debut film, Gamyam, he told her that he’d get married after he wins his second Filmfare award. When he won another Filmfare for Vedam, Krish wanted to win a National award, and when he finally won it earlier this year for Kanche, he had no other option but to give his consent for marriage.

The wedding is most likely to take place on August 7 in Hyderabad.
