After AirAsia, PVR and Airtel get their share of the Kabali-mania

It appears the Kabali team is leaving no stone unturned to stir anticipation around the film. After AirAsia, the highly anticipated Rajinikanth starrer has tied up with telecom operator Bharti Airtel and multiplex operator PVR, with exclusive offers and merchandise to woo fans.

The partnership with Airtel will include exclusive Kabali recharge packs like unlimited 2G internet, hello tunes and even Kabali branded SIM cards.

"We are happy to announce our association with 'Kabali', the most anticipated movie of the year. With our new Kabali exclusive products and services, we look forward to deliver an exciting and upclose experience for all Rajini fans across Tamil Nadu," Bharti Airtel, Kerala and Tamil Nadu Hub-CEO, George Mathen said.

What’s more – Airtel customers can directly greet the Superstar through SMS. The messages received from the customers, along with their names would be compiled as a coffee table book and would be presented as memorabilia to the actor, a company statement said.

Meanwhile, PVR which is the official multiplex partner of the film is offering customers an exclusive digital poster with the PVR logo, up for sale on its website. The multiplex operator also acquired exclusive rights to sell Kabali merchandise at its cinemas.

Previously, budget air carrier AirAsia unveiled an all new rebranded aircraft with a livery dedicated to 'Kabali'.

Excited fans have been responding to the Kabali-mania with enthusiasm, flooding the market with Kabali merchandise like T-shirts, coffee mugs and the like.

The high octave Rajini film is directed by Pa Ranjith and is slated for release on July 22.
