M Tech student gets out of moving car, jumps off flyover after tiff with father

The News Minute | December 3, 2014 | 7:40 am ISTIn a shocking incident, an M Tech student got down from a moving car and jumped from a flyover in Hyderabad on Monday after a disagreement with his father.Venkata Krishna, 24, son of Chakrapani was studying his M Tech at an institute in Delhi and worked with a software firm in Hyderabad, a report in the Times of India adds.The incident occurred when both Venkata Krishna and his father were returning home from the airport in their car. On learning that his son had not written his M Tech exams, Chakrapani chided Krishna.Upset with his father’s reaction, Krishna opened the car door halfway through the PVNR expressway. His father immediately slowed the vehicle down following which Krishna got out of the car and jumped from the flyover.The youngster suffered critical injuries and was rushed to a corporate hospital nearby, where he succumbed to his injuries on Tuesday night.
