KCR to hold all party meeting to discuss realignment of metro following BJP protests

Chandrasekhar Rao has agreed to discuss the re alignment of the metro rail proposed by him in an all party meeting on Friday following the BJP’s protest in the Assembly session on Thursday.The BJP on Thursday stalled the proceedings in the Assembly and asked how the CM could announce a change in alignment of the metro after discussion with the MIM when the House was in session. The repeated stalling caused the House to adjourn twice.The chief minister then, in an attempt to pacify the protesters and resume the proceedings assured the BJP that the meeting with L&T officials and the city legislators would be held after the end of the present Assembly session, a report in The Hindu adds.
