Tamil Nadu sees spike in attacks on school students

The News Minute | December 2, 2014 | 08:32 am IST In the fourth incident in attacks on school students in Tamil Nadu, a class 12 student was stabbed by two unidentified men in Salem on Monday. P Santhosh Kumar, the student was standing outside his classroom when the two men entered the school campus in Virudhunagar district and attacked him, reported Times of India. The boy suffered injuries to his arm, and was then taken to a primary health centre by his teacher. The police have registered a case, but no motive has yet been determined.Just last week, a class eight boy had been attacked inside his school by a 19 yearold high school dropout.
