The News Minute | December 26, 2014 | 07.05 am ISTCalling Godse a real patriot, the Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha has decided to install busts of Nathuram Vinayak Godse across Tamil Nadu. Rakesh Ranjan, the national vice president of the party said that Godse had never  tried to kill Mahatma Gandhi in a secret manner, but had actually openly said why he did so. The Sabha plans to submit a petition to the state government in order for allocation of land to erect the Godse busts, reported The New Indian Express. Otherwise, the plan was to install busts on the land owned by Sabha members, said the report. He also called Godse a freedom fighter and a true journalist who had written 350 articles.
