District in Tamil Nadu allows public to file complaints through Whatsapp, Viber

This step will reduce crime in one of the largest districts in Tamil Nadu, said Villipuram District SP, according to The New Indian Express. Problems faced by women and other traffic-related problems can be directed communicated via Whatsapp, Viber or SMS, allowing the complainant to remain anonymous.They can call at number 9655440092 and even send pictures and videos of proof for the complaint, said the SP Vikaraman
