Written by : TNM Staff

VCK leader Thol Thirumavalavan alleged that there was a secret link between BJP and AIADMK while saying that Prime Minister Narendra Modi did not make any direct remarks against the state government.

During campaigning for his deputy D Ravikumar in Vanur, the VCK leader said that Vasanthi Devi, a professor from their party was contesting against AIADMK leader Jayalalithaa at RK Nagar.

He added that the best candidates have been selected in all the constituencies including Vanur where Ravikumar, a writer and activist is contesting, according to The New Indian Express.

He claimed that there won’t be any single party rule in Tamil Nadu as the situations have changed. He called the single party rule as “dictatorship from the arrogant.”

Criticizing the corrupt parties, he said, “Those who earned through corruption are spending it lavishly. But we do not have such money,” as reported in TNIE.

Thol. Thirumavalavan will be contesting from Kattumannarkoil in Cuddalore district.
