The News Minute | March 29, 2015 | 06:50 pm IST Five people were killed and several others injured when an under-construction building collapsed in Tamil Nadu's Tiruvarur district on Sunday, police said.According to police, the under-construction staff quarters building of the central university came down in the morning killing four people on the spot while one person succumbed to injuries in the hospital.The injured, numbering at least 18, have been admitted to hospital. The toll may rise as many injured are in critical condition. Tiruvarur is around 320 km from Chennai.With inputs from IANS
