'You back stabbed us': Open letter to Mallya from former Kingfisher employee

Dear Dr Mallya,

Do you remember all the hardships that all of us employees suffered to keep the dream of KFA alive, despite the fact that we were not being paid?

We, the employees, were the reason KFA reached the soaring heights that it did.

But you stabbed us in the back.

We were left with no hope, and fell prey to your false promises time and again.

We ended up spending all our savings, selling gold, cars, and houses to make ends meet.

The same banks which gave you a long rope didn't bother about us when we defaulted on our EMIs. We lost our dreams, our respect in society, as we and our family members became a joke for society.

You say you are a god fearing person. How does your god permit you to have lavish birthday parties, and this lavish lifestyle, when you didn't fullfill your duty of paying salaries to your employees?

Instead of donating over 50 lakhs to a temple, the gods might have preferred it if you had used that money to pay off the salaries of at least a few of the employees who needed it the most.

We the employees will never forgive you and I am sure your God wouldn't as well.
