The News Minute | June 5, 2014 | 6:21 PM IST Alappuzha: They may be together while going on strikes in educational institutions, but the camaraderie between Left student wing organizations in Kerala is under threat! The Students Federation of India (SFI) and All India Students Federation (AISF) are engaged in a bitter fight. Reason? Well, AISF claims that SFI apparently “stole” their slogan.AISF state committee has alleged that SFI stole their slogan which says "Padikkuka, poraduka" or “Study and fight”. This is the slogan which SFI has been using for years, but AISF state office bearers claim its been stolen. In fact they have taken the issue so seriously, that they held a press conference to address the same on Thursday. They also added that the party will not “give away” the slogan and will raise the issue in campuses and elsewhere.AISF says that they perceive SFI’s actions have insulted them.
