They allege that the Congress Mandalam president went alone and collected the sum from the hotel owner, Asianet News reported.Also, the complainants say that the Congress Mandalam president issued a receipt of the mandalam committee despite being told that the fund raising for Sudheeran's Jana Paksha Yatra of Thiruvananthapuram should be done only using the Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) receipt book.
