Written by : TNM

The News Minute | June 11, 2014 | 8:59 AM IST "Biti Mohanti" is being sent to Jaipur after an order from Payyanur judicial first class magistrate court on Monday. The accused says he will challenge the order.  The defence lawyer's stand is that there is no evidence to prove that his client is Biti. The accused says that he is Andhra based Rghav Rajan and not the rape accused Biti Mohanty. The accused's lawyer said that they will approach the Supreme Court. But the police say that investigations will continue anyhow. Police arrested "Bitti Mohanti"  who was living under the name of Raghav Rajan from the Madayi branch of SBT. After this the accused reiterated several times that he is indeed Raghav Rajan and not Biti. Mohanti is accused of raping a Germen national.
