Bengaluru police book 22 cases against Porsche driver, slap Rs 4,000 fine

The News Minute | November 5, 2014 | 08:42 am IST The High Grounds Police on Tuesday night seized a Porsche for speeding and booked 22 cases for violation along with slapping a fine of Rs 4,000 against the driver, states a report by The New Indian Express.The 2013 model vehicle, with a Puducherry registration number, was seen speeding near the Cantonment Railway station around 9:30 pm and almost ran over the Traffic Sub-inspector when he signaled for him to stop. Other policemen were informed who built barricades to stop the driver, who was later taken into custody.
