Vishal-Mysskin film to start rolling from September 14

Written by : TNM

Vishal is currently busy wrapping up action-comedy Kathi Sandai, co-starring Tamannaah Bhatia, and the project is gearing up for a Diwali release. Once relieved of this project, he will team up with filmmaker Mysskin for the first time in the investigative thriller, Thupparivaalan.

The project will start rolling from September 14 in Chennai, and will be predominantly shot in the city, apart from a few scenes in other locations in Tamil Nadu.

Tipped to be an edge-of-the-seat thriller, the project will be mostly shot at night, a style that’s synonymous with most of Mysskin’s films thus far. Rakul Preet Singh plays the leading lady, and she’s said to be playing a pivotal role sans any make-up and will be portrayed very realistically.

Vishal will be seen playing a suave detective and will reportedly beef up for the role. While the supporting cast is yet to be finalized, Arrol Corelli has been roped in to compose the tunes.
