Superstar Rajinikanth releases audio album of Director Ram’s ‘Taramani’

Superstar Rajinikanth, on Friday, released the audio of Taramani, the latest outing of director Ram, starring Andrea Jeremiah and Vasanth Ravi.

The music for the film has been scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja, marking his third collaboration with director Ram, following the critically acclaimed albums for Kattradhu Thamizh and Thanga Meengal.

Meanwhile, Simbu launched the second teaser for the film on Thursday morning.

The film is set against an urban backdrop, and is tipped to be a story of love and relationships in the IT sector. An interesting aspect of the film is that Andrea will sport three different looks in the film.

Director Ram had said in an earlier interview, that Andrea is an “under-utilised actor” and that her character in Taramani will be the role of her life. The film’s teaser has expectedly garnered the attention of film buffs, and has raised high expectations for the movie.

Bankrolled by JSK Films’ Sathish Kumar, Taramani is due for release in 2017. However, the date of release is yet to be finalised.
