Ram Charan to team up with Arvind Swamy in Mani Ratnam’s directorial?

Written by : TNM

Director Mani Ratnam will soon be done with Kaatru Veliyidai, which has Karthi and Aditi Rao Hydari playing the lead pair with Shraddha Srinath in an important role.

With the film getting ready for release on April 7, 2017, the post production and promos are happening in full swing.

Meanwhile, reports about Mani Ratnam’s next have been surfacing.

It is said that the ace director is in talks with Ram Charan Teja to play the lead in the film and Arvind Swamy will be roped in for a crucial role.

Arvind Swamy, incidentally, made his acting debut with Mani’s Thalapathi, way back in 1991 in which he played a role and then in Roja, in which he was the lead star.

The film also marked the debut of music director AR Rahman. He was also seen in Mani’s Bombay, Alaipayuthe and Kadal.

Ram Charan and Arvind Swamy’s teaming up is not new either as they have shared the screen space in the Telugu hit movie Dhruva.

With news about Ram Charan’s 12th film out, his fans are happy and excited.

An official confirmation from the star and the director is all that is needed now.
