Prabhas to make Bollywood debut with Karan Johar and Rajamouli?

Written by : TNM

Popular Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar, who will be distributing the Hindi version of Baahubali – the Conclusion, had earlier lauded the entire team including director SS Rajamouli and actor Prabhas for their dedication in making the film.

The epic action entertainer is due for release on April 28 and the team is busy with the promos. Meanwhile, reports have surfaced that Prabhas and SS Rajamouli may team up again for a film and this would mark the former’s debut as hero in Bollywood.

In fact, Prabhas made a cameo appearance as himself in the Ajay Devgn starrer Action Jackson in 2014, but this time he would be seen as the main lead.

The film may be produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. If this news turns out to be true, it would be a perfect launch-pad for Prabhas in Bollywood. Playing Baahubali, Prabhas has managed to get the pan India appeal that many from the south Indian states failed to get.

Prabhas shares a good rapport with SS Rajamouli after having worked on the Baahubali project for five years now.

The actor, during the audio launch function, had said that he was willing to commit another two years if the director asked him to.

Well, if things move in the right direction, he just might get to work with Rajamouli for the next couple of years.

Baahubali also stars Rana Daggubati, Tammannah, Anushka Shetty, Nasser, Sathyaraj, and others.

The film, made in Tamil and Telugu simultaneously, will also be released in Malayalam and Hindi dubbed versions amidst a lot of expectations on April 28.

Prabhas’ next will be a Telugu film for UV Creations and reports suggest that the film has been titled Sahoo. However, official confirmation is awaited.
