Pooja Hegde looks forward to two big film releases next year

Pooja Hegde will have two big film releases next year and is all excited all about it. The gorgeous actor is currently busy with the Mahesh Babu starrer Maharshi and will then shift her focus to a Prabhas starrer directed by Radha Krishna Kumar. The Prabhas’ starrer will commence soon after he is done with the magnum opus Saaho. In the meantime, Pooja will finish shooting for Maharshi, which is slated for release in April next year. Besides these two Telugu flicks, she also has a Bollywood movie titled Housefull 4 needing her attention.

Directed by Vamsi Paidapally, Maharshi is bankrolled jointly by Dil Raju, Ashwini Dutt and PVP. It is a high budget project with a major portion of it being shot in the United States. The film is about three friends played by Mahesh Babu, Allari Naresh and Pooja Hegde. It also has veteran actor Jayapradha playing a pivotal role. Reports are that the lead star Mahesh Babu will be appearing in five different get-ups in the film and that the transition of his character will be from a college student to an entrepreneur.

On the film with Radha Krishna Kumar, we hear that it is set in the 1940’s and a major portion of it would be shot in Europe. Touted to be a complete romantic tale, Pooja will be speaking Italian in the film. The director is currently busy assembling his star cast and crew and details about this untitled venture is expected to be disclosed soon. Prabhas’ fans are waiting eagerly for more news on this new venture.

With two big projects in the Telugu film industry, Pooja Hegde has a busy year ahead as she is likely to sign up more ventures.
