The News Minute | November 8, 2014 | 12:20 pm ISTMany internet users had a problem accessing NDTV’s website on Friday night and Saturday morning.Medianama reported that the website apparently could not be accessed directly by MTNL users in Delhi and Airtel users in Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Chandigarh and Bangalore. The users that tried accessing the web page directly got a message which said “The page you have requested has been blocked, because the URL is banned. URL = ndtv.com/”The users claimed that www.ndtv.com works, but just ndtv.com did not. NDTV took to its official twitter account on Saturday morning to suggest that it might be an issue with the Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and assured the users that they were working to fix the issue.Sonia singh, Editorial Director of NDTV told The News Minute that she was not aware of the website being blocked.
