Madonna, TR might sing in KV Anand’s Kavan

Written by : TNM

KV Anand’s Kavan, which stars Vijay Sethupathi, T. Rajendher aka TR, and Madonna Sebastian in the lead, is inching closer to completion.

It has been learnt from reliable sources that music composer Aadi of Hip-Hop Tamizha duo has convinced Madonna and TR to lend their voices for a special song in the film. When Aadi was contacted, he said that they have considered the idea and have also discussed with the actors. However, they’re yet to take a final call on the idea to make them sing.

Both Madonna and TR are not alien to singing. While Madonna has proved her singing versatility through the association with her band; TR is known for crooning some of the chartbusters from his own films in his prime.

In the film, TR and Vijay Sethupathi are rumoured to be employees of two private television channels and the story is said to be about the battle for TRP ratings between rival channels.

According to sources, portions featuring Vijay and TR will leave audiences in splits, and Anand is said to have reserved some of the film’s best one-liners for the latter. However, the film should not be confused for a comic entertainer as Anand has made it equally thrilling.
