Keerthy Suresh on a roll, signs Allu Arjun’s Tamil debut

Written by : TNM

Last seen in Dhanush’s latest release "Thodari", Keerthy Suresh has hit a jackpot. Currently busy shooting for Vijay-starrer "Bairavaa", she has been signed on for two successive projects of director Lingusami, and it includes Allu Arjun’s upcoming Tamil-Telugu bilingual.

Keerthy was apparently chosen among many other popular actresses as she hasn’t been paired with Arjun before, and she is already quite popular in both Tamil and Telugu industries.

The project is slated to go on floors from February next year and the yet-untitled film will be a joint venture between Studio Green and Geetha Arts. According to producer Gnanavel Raja, the project has been in the pipeline for nearly two years and after much contemplation is finally set to go on the floors. Arjun, according to director Lingusami, will be showcased in a never seen before avatar.

Keerthy, meanwhile, is said to have replaced Manjima Mohan in "Sandakozhi 2" too. While Manjima was the original choice, Lingusami had a change of heart in the last minute and chose Keerthy over her. The project starring Vishal is slated to go on the floors later this year.
