Gautham Menon’s multi-starrer put on hold?

Written by : TNM

Director Gautham Menon’s Dhanush starrer Ennai Nokki Paayum Thotta went into production in 2016 and is expected to hit the silver screens this year. Meanwhile, the maverick director is busy with Dhruva Natchathiram, which has Vikram playing the lead role. The film’s teaser, released some weeks ago, went viral, it may be recalled here.

With these two films in hand, there were reports that Gautham will soon commence work on a multi-starrer.

Apparently, he is in talks with the Malayalam star Prithviraj, Kannada Superstar Puneeth Rajkumar, Tollywood actor Sai Dharam Tej and Tamil stars Simbu and Jayam Ravi for the multi-starrer.

Enquiries about the progress of this film revealed that it may have been put on hold as the stars are busy with their respective projects. Sources say that Gautham will wrap up Dhruva Natchathiram and then move over to this multi-starrer. If things work out in favour of the director, the film may start rolling later this year, we hear.
