Dream come true to be working with Murugadoss, says Mahesh Babu on upcoming project

Superstar Mahesh Babu will next team up with filmmaker AR Murugadoss for a bilingual project. Having waited for an opportunity for long to work with the Ghajini director, Mahesh says it’s a dream come true to be pairing up with the former.

Tipped to be made on a budget of Rs 90 crore, the yet-untitled project which will be simultaneously shot in Telugu and Tamil, is most likely to co-star Parineeti Chopra, and it’s slated to go on the floors next month and will be wrapped up by this year-end.

“I’ve been a fan of Murugadoss’s work ever since I saw Ghajini. Although we’d planned to work together earlier, things somehow didn’t fall in place. I’m glad it’s all coming together for this project. Working with him will be a dream come true,” Mahesh told The News Minute, adding that he’s can’t wait to commence work on this project, which will be produced by Tagore Madhu. Going by the rumoured budget, this could very well be the most expensive film in Mahesh’s career.

Mahesh currently awaits the release of this week’s family drama Brahmotsavam, while Murugadoss is busy with the post-production work of Sonakshi Sinha-starrer, Akira.
