Nayanthara, known for being highly selective in her projects, has drawn a lot of attention for her new avatar in “Aramm”. Shooting for the Gopi Nainar-directed film is currently on, and according to reports, the film’s National Award-winning art director Lalgudi Ilayaraja, has pulled out all the stops for building magnificent underground sets for the film.

“Aramm” reportedly revolves around a District Collector, played by Nayanthara, and her efforts to rescue a small child trapped in an underground pipe.

The film’s art director has reportedly constructed a 100ft tunnel for the film’s shooting, which will centrally feature in the gripping tale of the rescue operations headed by the District Collector. The film is nearing completion with the shooting all set to be wrapped in a couple of days.

“Aramm”, produced by KJR Studios, is being eagerly anticipated by fans, as the script centred on Nayanthara’s character has garnered high expectations after the phenomenal success of her recent projects like “Thani Oruvan”, “Maya” and “Naanum Rowdydhaan”.
