This woman’s cheeky response to workplace 'dress-policing' will surprise you

Written by : TNM Staff

June J Rivas was in for a rude shock when her boss called her ponytail hairdo and head wrap “unprofessional” – the company introduced a dress code which barred “straps, hats, sandals, cleavage, back out, lace” and also "cultural head wraps”.

However, instead of meekly complying with this regressive ‘dress-policing’, June filed a complaint of harassment against her boss.

She also cheekily took to cosplay and dressed up as a different character each day to office while staying within the rules of the new dress code.

This is what what she was initially wearing to work until it was deemed “unprofessional”.

And this is her fantastic and sassy response.

You can see all her outfits here.
