Written by : TNM

On August 21, after Seema Jaya Sharma breathed her last, her final status was posted on her Facebook account. The post, which was published by her daughter, has been widely shared and read on social media since then.

The 38-year-old mother of two based-out of London succumbed to cancer, six years after she was diagnosed with the killer disease.

"My mum passed away today at 14:10

and she wrote this as her final status….she wanted her last words to be 'I got 21seconds to go!!! hehe :P)," the post began.

The next part is a note Seema had herself written.

"This is me.. SEEMA Jaya Sharma. My son will keep you updated of when the funeral is etc and please come in bright colours coz you're not coming to mourn my death but to celebrate my life!! Please keep me alive through you good times and every time you laugh or smile and have fun, i'm right there having fun with u!!! YAY!!! don't cry for me argentina….the truth is that i didn't even know where u are on the map!! Geography was never my strong point!! :S. Anyway this is me saying 'peace out people' if a bird poos on ur head, that's just me saying 'yo man' and if i really like u then i might just come haunt you to create ur own kinda bird poo innit!!! hehe!! LOVE YOU!!! MWAH"

According to a Daily Mail report, the Indian-origin model-singer was "the face of a Cancer Research campaign in 2013 after successfully beating the disease three times after being diagnosed in 2009."

“We all want to hold on to life for some reason – I do not see it like this. For me, the pain will end. I cannot complain at all.” Sharma had told Ilford Reporter in June this year.

Her children later put another post mentioning the details of her funeral.
