APCC president N Raghuveera Reddy also told the media that Rahul Gandhi will meet the kin of the farmers, who had committed suicide unable to bear crop loss and mounting debts. Government employees in AP on Thursday launched protests demanding the arrest of a TDP MLA Chinthamaneni Prabhakar and his aides for allegedly manhandling a woman officer in Krishna district. Revenue employees in the district sought immediate action against the Prabhakar's followers, who allegedly lifted D. The Vijayawada Division of the South Central Railway is set to face the daunting task of providing rail transportation facilities to flocks of people attending the 12-day-long ‘Godavari Maha Pushkarams at Rajahmundry and elsewhere in East and West Godavarri districts from July 14.
