AP to get bullet trains soon? Naidu urges investors in Japan

Chandrababu Naidu had the feel of a bullet train on Tuesday as he travelled from Kyoto to Fukuoka city in it.Naidu who is in currently in Japan on a five day visit to bring investors to AP, while addressing the Osaka Chamber Commerce and Industry said “We have a good road network and are planning bullet trains” a report in The Hindu adds.In his address, Naidu assured the investors good incentives from the state and added that India was now an investor friendly country and the last ten years were “plagued by policy paralysis”The chief minister seems to have bagged a deal from Panasonic Corporation, who told Naidu that they were looking forward to invest in the state and also offered help in groundwater purification.Naidu’s visit started on November 24th and it is expected that he will sign six Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) in Japan covering sectors including agriculture and food processing, power, modern urban transport systems and clean energy.
