A few days back, a Whatsapp audio clip of an alleged call from the police officer to a female constable had been widely circulated . On Monday, the police officer Nazeer Basha was transferred to the police control room, following which there will be an enquiry, reported The Hindu.The female constable had recorded the conversation with the senior cop, the contents of which has been widely reported. However, no official complaint against the police officer was made. He will appear for an inquiry with the office of the Additional Commissioner of Police (North) and further action taken against him if he was found guilty, said the report.
