Pranav Mohanlal is just a few films old if you count the couple of movies that he had acted as a child artiste. The youngster made his debut as hero with Aadhi earlier this year and then inked a deal to star in Irupathiyonnaam Noottaandu. The shooting of the upcoming film is progressing at a brisk pace. The team had been shooting in Kerala over the past few weeks and has now flown down to Bali to shoot some surfing scenes with the lead star.

Apparently, the star plays a surfer in the film which the first look poster had also made evident. Apart from that, there are no other major details available about Irupathiyonnaam Noottaandu till date. It may be mentioned here that Pranav was in Bali a couple of months ago to undergo some basic training in surfing. Besides this schedule in Bali, the team will be shooting in various locations in Goa, Pala, Kanjirapally and Hyderabad.

Pranav’s Irupathiyonnaam Noottaandu is being directed by Arun Gopy of Ramaleela fame and is bankrolled by Tomichan Mulakuppadam under the banner Mulakuppadam Films. The star cast also includes Kalabhavan Shajon, Manoj K Jayan, Shaju Sreedhar, Abhishek and Krishna Prasad in supporting roles.

The film’s technical crew is very impressive as well. Gopi Sunder is scoring the music for this flick with Hari Narayanan penning the lyrics. Abinandan Ramanjunam is cranking the camera and national award winning editor Vivek Harshan will be handling the film’s editing. Sound designer Renganaath Ravee, stunt coordinator Peter Hein and art director Joseph Nellickal are also part of the technical team.

Expectations are high on Irupathiyonnaam Noottaandu as it happens to be the second film for both director Arun Gopy and hero Pranav Mohanlal. With their respective debut films turning out be blockbuster hits, film buffs are waiting eagerly to see how they fare with their next. The film is likely to hit the marquee early next year.
