In a ghar wapsi programme held by the Bharath Hindu Munnani in North Chennai, ten people including women were reconverted to Hinduism, reported The Hindu. According to Central Chennai District President , K Satish , ‘continuance of personal issues’ in the new religion was among the reasons cited by the people, reported PTI. Explaining how those wanting to reconvert were identified, he said that pamphlets had been distributed appealing to those who had ‘quit the Hndu faith’ asking them to contact the outfit if they wanted to come back, said the report.
