Prisoner throws human excreta at Judge

The News Minute | October 21, 2014 | 8.30 AM ISTA prisoner allegedly threw human excreta at a Judge in the Sattur Court in Virudhunagar district on Monday. Packiaraj, 40, who hails from Melathayilpatti near Vembakottai, was an under trial prisoner arrested for a theft of motors 30 days ago.He was produced before judicial magistrate Mariappan, to extend his remand reports Times of India. Once the session started Packiaraj hurled a bag that was in his possession at the judge and it was later discovered that the foul smelling substance that fell on a court employee standing near the judge was human excreta. Immediately police took him and filed an FIR under the section 353 and 355 of IPC. An NGO ‘People’s Watch’ has offered to help Packiaraj proper counseling.
