DMK leader says SPP in Jayalalithaa case "sailing" with the accused

The News Minute | January 7, 2015 | 09.00 am ISTA petition has been filed by DMK General Secretary K Anbazhagan before a special bench of the Karnataka High Court requesting removal of the Special Public Prosecutor Bhavani Singh in the disproportionate assets case involving former TN Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa. Saying that the SPP was “sailing” with the accused and not presenting facts properly, Anbazhagan’s counsel sought his removal, reported PTI.
