Video: BTech student lands up at professor's wedding dais to get his college project signed

Written by : TNM Staff

The notion of ‘Atithi-Devo-Bhava’ is so ingrained in the minds of Indians that we often find it difficult to react to situations were an uninvited guest shows up at our doorstep.

A professor in Kerala was put through this test when his student turned up for his wedding, not out of courtesy, but to merely get his record signed.

In a Youtube video published on Sunday, Sreenath, an 8th semester B.Tech student said to be a student of Musaliar College of Engineering in Pathanamthitta is seen sheepishly presenting his record to the groom-the professor- who then gladly signs it. The student, however, does not forget to shake hands with the professor, all this time, while the bride tries hard to suppress laughter.
