Director-General of TERI R K Pachauri’s return to the institution he heads, has been met with some outrage as he is facing allegations of sexual harassment from an employee.Pachauri had obtained a court order that allowed him to return to all except two TERI offices including one where the complainant worked. TERI has 10 members on the Governing Council.
