Taliban suicide attack in Kabul kills two Keralites

The News Minute | July 24, 2014 | 10:04 am ISTA suicide attack by Taliban in Kabul in Afghanistan on Tuesday left five people dead, two of whom were from Kerala. Both Indian men were working for US security company DynCorp in Kabul. According to a report by The New Indian Express, the two deceased Keralites were identified as V K Ponnappan from Kottayam district, and Parambath Raveendran of Vadakara in Kozhikode district.Preparations to bring their bodies back to India are underway.
